Default Wind Tunnel Available?

Does anyone have access to a wind tunnel of any size that can be instrumented for the airspeeds inside it? I'm trying to do a physical experiment to validate the chapter in Jack Norris's propeller book on "slowdown" and the math method used to compute it into the prop design. The speed of the air does not have to be very great. The formula uses 100 inches / second = about 5.7 mph.

Thanks!

At those speeds, can you build a rig that mounts on your car?

That's what Burt Rutan ddid for the Vari-Viggen....

Also, at those speeds, Reynolds Number effects will be grossly different than for flying an RV, just so that you know.

Default about that..

Since I'm trying to measure "slowdown", the Re# will not matter. The idea with the car has some merit that's worth thinking about, but I think I need a really clean, smooth flow for this. Thanks.
