Default Cover Button for Manual Trim Handle?

The plans say to purchase a trim button to cover the hole in the elevator manual trim knob. This is the knob where the rubber push part gets cut away to remove the metal plunger rod.

I've been to several stores but haven't found any decorative button thats fits good to cover the hole. The insert hole is about 3/4 inch dia.

What have others been using for this and where to find?

Thanks

Jim

I forget Send Bill an email and he'll let you know. I had ordered one a while back and gave it to a friend whose plane is flying. I just ordered 2 more.

The price is $15 each and they are only available in black. They snap in, same as the standard plug that comes with the kit.

They are now laser etched rather than put on with the label system I was using.

Jon, Paul, and Dave, yours will go out this weekend.

To order a trim button, send an email to bill (at) repucci.com and include your shipping address so I can get your order out ASAP.
