Default IO-540-D, -N, -R, -T & -V Power Spreadsheet

I created a spreadsheet to calculate engine power for the Lycoming IO-540-D, -N, -R, -T & -V engines. It emulates the standard power chart found in the Lycoming manuals, and has the same limitations as that chart - i.e. it is only valid if the mixture is set for best power and the engine has no modifications (compression ratio, ignition system, etc). The spreadsheet appears to give a reasonably good match to the Lycoming power chart, but there are no guarantees of accuracy. Use at your own risk.

The zipped Excel spreadsheet is available here.

This complements the O-360-A and IO-360-A power spreadsheets that I created many years ago. I may eventually create similar spreadsheets for other Lycoming engine models commonly used in RVs, but there is no schedule for this, nor any guarantee that it will ever happen.
