Default Garmin Waas antenna GA35

I need help please:
I have a new GA-35 antenna.
It doesnt look like it has a doubler plate.. or any mounting instructions.
It just came with a build certificate and 4 screws in the box.
SHOULD IT HAVE COME with a doubling plate?

Anyone have any advice for mounting it? It seems to have a thick gold color
plate on the bottom of the white antenna (with a rubber o-ring) .. I almost thought this was a doubler that detaches but it doesnt seem to be?

any information is appreciated on how to mount/gound this antenna.
I think i may not have gotten all the parts with it. The GA56 I once installed came with a factory doubling plate.

I do have the proper rtv that is safe for aluminum.
