Default VAF dataplates

Can anyone help me get in touch with the person who made (or had made) the stainless data plates? I'm working on a similar project and need a good source.

Thanks Patrick! I'm actually looking for the original producer as opposed to a supplier. Do you know if Avery made them, or do they just sell them?
