Any experienced builder/ A&Ps near RTS Reno/Stead NV

Friend of mine wants me to go halves on an RV3 but its in NV and we are on east coast, Any experienced RV builders/ a&p mechanics in that area that would consider doing quick once over and letting us know what you think. Let me know what you'd charge and experience. Trying to find out more info on the wings as they were originally overbuilt by the builder and "dont need to have a mode done" If we can find out exactly what was done and are content than we will possibly be making a trip that way. Thought it would be nice to have a 3rd party opinion before we make the trip. Thanks
