Default Camping, biking with Plane

i'm wanting to take a full size mountain bike along, disassembled of course.
what have you guys done if any of you have. it isn't a super heavy monster bike so weight isn't an issue... any suggestions or thoughts?
this is for a citabria by the way...
thanks

Default works great

Sure, I often combined biking and flying BK (before kids). I took the backseat out of the skyhawk, which creates enough room to load two mountain bikes and camping gear. The only disassembly I did was to remove the wheels. We had some great, great trips. I'm not sure what is involved with removing the rear seat from the Citabria, obviously take care to prevent your cargo from interfering with flight controls. Have fun!
