KMLJ / Milledgeville, GA boat access?

Does anyone who frequents or knows the KMLJ area well know if there is a way for someone to pick me up at a dock near the airport? It mostly looks private from satellite view but I wasn't sure if the airport had a deal or access to one of the nearby docks.

A friend of mine and I flew over in his Cirrus and he has a car there. The lake is not far but I can't help with your queery,

Gimp,
The airport does not have any agreements for lake access since all surrounding property is privately owned. The approach to 28 is over the lake, you could walk to the end of 28, cross the road and walk to the edge of the lake for pickup. That area has become a little bit of a hangout/meeting spot for boaters/jet skiers.

I have a friend with a place very near the airport, may be able to arrange a pick up from his dock. If you will let me know when you will be here, I would gladly meet you and take you where you need to go.
