Default In the Pink!
Yesterday was a HUGE milestone... the FAA inspected my RV-9A and issued the Airworthiness Certificate!! Spent the rest of the day putting inspection covers on. Need about 6 more hours to have it ready for first flight, which is targeted for 31 July! 4 years in the making............... ahhh.... to be flying again soon!

Default congratulations
Congratulations on the sign off. Stay diligent as you prepare for flight. Keep a critical eye on all components.

I say this with an air of experience. I thought I would be ready to fly within a few days after my sign off. It turned out to be over a month before I was able to work out all the system bugs.

Congrats and good luck on the first flight.
