Thumbs up All I need to know about Homebuilding...

...I learned in "Highlights" Magazine. Went on a road trip with the nieces and nephew yesterday and opened up their Highlights kids' magazine to this--

So is this giving permission for an alternative engine, retractible gear, and blind rivets?
