Angry Fuel Tank Service Bulletin

Van's has a "Mandatory SB": [url]http://www.vansairforce.com/community/login.php?a=pwd&u=738&i=66398885

It seems some person had the bulkhead nut in a fuel tank come loose, and because of that, Van's wants to ground the fleet until everyone has safetied this item, which of course involves pulling the tank end plate.

Applies to all except RV10.
