Yes, on all NPT fittings. Don't need much. A little goes a long way.

I started out with EZ Turn Fuel lube on the initial fuel and brake line fittings in the cabin. Is this OK?

I'm using loctite 565 on all NPT fittings. Keep it off the first few threads (doesn't do any good there anyway because of the taper)
