Just wanted to give you some feedback on Aviation Product Inc. As a result of this thread

I spoke with a very nice lady named Karen and told her that I had the single arm tail wheel assembly and wanted to see if I could trade it for a dual arm assembly. She said no problem; send me the old one and $20 extra for the price difference. I did what she asked me to do and 4 days later I had a brand new dual arm fork and new tail wheel. No questions asked, no charge for shipping. Although I have not use their product yet, I am very happy with their customer service. Customer service ranks very close to product performance for me. If you are thinking of upgrading your tail wheel assembly at least check out their products.
