Default Crank sensor routing.

I have a tmx io2320 with the LIGHTSPEED ei on one side. The crank sensor pick up at the flywheel looks really flimsy. The little wire from the pick up is wax string tied to the sensor board and then just hangs, kind of kinking the wire and looking very susceptable to damage. With the baffles fitted and needing to run this wire back several feet, I have some questions.

Anyone have pics of how they supported, protected and routed this? Just the bit from flywheel crank sensor around baffles to side of engine is the issue. Scanned archives and build logs and lightspeed website and cant seem to find a good resolution. Thanks for any suggestons.

Default Will try and get you pics

I have the exact same set-up (TMX IO-320 w/ Lightspeed). I will try and get pictures. I know I used lots of hi-temp RTV to secure it where it passes through the baffles - I think it will work fine (not flying yet!!)

Default

Route the wire so that it runs under the baffles and along the case housing bolts held on with Adel clamps
