Smile Great customer service from Grand Rapids Technologies

I wanted to give a big thanks to Carlos and Jeff from Grand Rapids Technologies.

Our Alaska trip wouldn't have been as easy as it was without them on a Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend to complie a new terrian database ... then stay late ... meet my dad at the airport and load our HX with the all the terrian data we needed for our trip.

A BIG THANKS GUYS

I too have had great service from Grand Rapids. I can't praise them enough for standing behind their products, and their infinite patience in answering my questions and working with me to resolve any issues. Great people!
