Default RV-4 Crotch strap fab

HELLO
WORKING ON THE FUSE AND NEED HELP FABRICATING THE CROTCH STRAP BRACKET AND WHAT LOCATION TO INSTALL IT IN. CAN ANYONE PLEASE PROVIDE PICTURES OF INSTALLION AND FAB, WHAT SIZE MATERIAL WOULD ALSO BE NICE. I HAVE HOOKER SEATBELTS WITH THE QUICK RELEASE.

I got my brackets from Vans for my 9A. Theres 4 pcs on aluminum. Two for each side for my 9A. You could check with them to msee if its the same set-up of two pcs for your RV-4 Ron in Oregon

I just fabricated the same thing for our -3 the other day - used a piece of 1/8" aluminum as the primary, and a matching piece of .063 with a joggle to complete the sandwich. I used pictures from a couple of RV-3 build sites and did it by eye - after looking at the anchors ( and the drawings for them) on my RV-8. Not much science in to it, I must admit.
