Air Charts - Great Service!

I ordered an Air Charts VFR VFR Sectional Atlas (East) from A Certain Supplier (name withheld to avoid vendor bashing). They sent me the 2009 - 2010 edition, when I was expecting to receive the 2010 - 2011 edition. I sent Air Charts an e-mail which explained the story, and asked what the current edition was. I intended to squawk the problem with the supplier, if they had in fact sent me an out of date copy.

Air Charts replied that they were sending me a 2010 - 2011 Sectional Atlas, free of charge, even though they weren't the ones who screwed up. Great service!
