Default W-818 aileron push rod assembly

Hi guys,
I have to drill the W-818 aileron pushrods (the shortest one) but I'm unable to slide the threaded rod end into the tube.... it just looks too big!

Am I missing something?!?

Have you made sure to de-burr the inside of the tubing?
Often when the tubing is cut, a large "burr" is left inside the end of the tubing.
I should slide right in.

Default Paint?

Hi Claudio,
I did that recently for my -9A and I had to remove quit a lot of powder coating that was inside the tube, at least on the uncut side.
I used a pipe cutter to cut my tube to length and it also makes a significant burr, even if it's more regular than if you use a hacksaw.
You might want to gently sand by hand inside the tube until it works.
