Default Anyone wanna buy a Mooney?

I ordered my preview plans for a -8 aboout a year ago. I own a M20C, and I've been content to dream about an RV and fly around in my Plane til now. I've been pushed off the fence. Yesterday morning I read this post in the sticky forums:

>>I used to own an M20F and an M20J. Loved them until I knew better. Ask Mooney drivers what their annuals cost and if they're totally happy with the quality of service they receive from their A&Ps. I suspect the average will be less than perfect.<<

That afternoon I got a call from the shop where my Mooney is undergoing the annual from ****. My bill is up to 12K. Everything on the plane is fixed and its FOR SALE.

Looking forward to ordering my kits now

Default Been there done that

My 63 Mooney had an annual that ran $13,600. I only paid $28,500 for it. Still a good bird.
