Yes, that is Paul Schattauer's 8 on the Van's site...and the photo was taken by our favorite webmaster! You can find that one, and many of Doug's other fine shots in the Picture Gallery (main page, on the left, scroll down to pictures, click on Doug's air-to-air photos link). Doug's got quite the eye for picture composition. I've saved several of his shots for wallpaper.
