Default Gear intersection fairings

Did you roll your own landing gear intersection fairings or purchase? Inquiring minds want to know. I have actually started the journey of rolling my own - so far so good.

I had Sam James wheel pants so I was going to have to lay the lower set by hand so I went ahead and did the top at the same time. No sweat... Just a lot of cursing and sanding.

Default I did both

With the old engine I made the lower fairings but bought the uppers. The uppers never did fit well because they were for the -7. (No one makes fairings for the -9.)

With the new cowl I will make the uppers. (This week, if all goes well.)

Just done the intersections, top and bottom. Used Fairings Etc and they were excellent.

The fit and finish were perfect, yep a few pinholes but you get that wherever.

Would recommend them to anyone
