Default tight engine mount holes

Getting ready to hang my 0-320 and cannot get the AN-8 bolts to go through the holes in the mounts. I seem to feel a burr where the mounting plate attaches to the bolt tube and am tempted to work on it with a file but am leery of ruining the roundness of the hole. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you deal with it? Also I am using the Lord Mounts which call for a 1/8" roll pin to locate the assembly but the shortest pin I could find is way too long, any suggestions on how to cut them? Thanks. Jim.

Default I had the same problem

I had to ream my conical mount to size. I mic'd everything and it just wasn't going to fit without reaming.
