Default My trip to Houston

I made a real nice trip to Houston last weekend in interesting weather. I was trying to fly to Polly Ranch. There was an unscheduled stop at Fredericksburg before I reached the alternate destination of Sugar Land.

Seeing all the jets, the multimillion dollar terminal and such I was pretty shocked to find there are no tie-downs to be found at Sugar Land. They seemed nonplussed. In my parts it would be about 5 minutes before all the airplanes would be piled up in a ball against the downwind barbed wire fence.

Thumbs up Nice write-up!

Nice write-up, Larry. And, those numbers on the second run are impressive! I'm sorry we couldn't arrange better weather but I'm really glad you made it over.
