Congrats Luke.

My legs were wobbling when I got out of the plane after my first engine start. I told everyone there it was because I was pushing on the brakes so hard. (the tail was tied down) I know it was the emotions of the moment.

Default ...how much long

Well, I took a vacation from my job to finish some stuff, next week or so could be planned the DAR inspection and then (fantastic italian aviation) about one or two months for the permit to fly (test).

Default What a motivator....

Its times like that which keep me motivated. and very envious... I remember getting clobbered here when I first bought my used engine and asked about starting it just once on my modified engine stand without a propeller....
Seems so long ago now.
