Default 430W Data Base Life

Does Garmin prohibit access to the approach data base in the 430W when it is beyond the valid period? (They do with the 695/6 - after six months it's inaccessible.) How about the airport/facilities/terrain, etc, data base?

The current project will be WAAS capable, but I don't want to install a persnickety nanny box.

Thanks.

No. I know pilots flying with year old 430W databases.
