rocket f1 QB kit--any news?

Anyone know anything about the supposed new f1 kits? I had heard rumblings that they might become available again and that the evo kit would have some upgrades--including a carbon fiber spar.

I'm considering an -8, but if the F1 would become available again in the next year or two, I'd prefer to wait.

I haven't heard an update from Mark and George since before Christmas. They were still moving forward with plans to get a kit into construction, but are looking for 15-20 people willing to commit before tooling up. Last I heard, there were 12 on the list.

Mark (F1Boss) will likely see this and respond directly.

For what it's worth, there are a couple of -8s going together here in Cedar Rapids if you ever wanted to stop down and check out the kit or anything else. (I'm currently working on the tail.)
