Transition training WNE of NY on 6A or 7A

Hello

A friend of mine is from now until the 21st of may 2010 in the area of Wilkes-Barre, PA. 18702 (200nm W NW from New York).

He would like to get a transition training on a 6A or 7A in this time.

So that he can fly his own RV-7A in a few month.

Is there someone how can provide this or know one?

Lets wide up the area a bit:

New York
Massachusets
Pennsylvania
New Jersy

Come on please, if any one know someone that give RV transition training on or around those states in a RV-6A or 7A for an Swiss RV-7A builder, that would be great!
