-M1B Starter Wire Run: Left or Right ?

I'm building a -7 with an IO-360-M1B and Skytek starter. My starter contactor, fuel lines and control cables are all in the Van's specified standard locations.

I have a 2AWG wire to run from the Starter Contactor to the Starter.

Which way round the engine, left or right, have others found is the best route?
