McCauley IC172 MTM 7266

This is a propellor for sale on ebay. I can't find it listed on the McCauley "Current Prop" list. Does anyone know what this prop is and would it work on an RV-9 with an O-320-A2B 150 hp engine? I found a IC172 MGM 7260 (cruise prop) on their list for an -A2B but not a "MTM" or a "7266".

If you don't get any help here, try contacting McCauley direct for some guidance. I was looking at a 500 hour Hartzell on eBay for my -10 and contacted Hartzell for information. The rep from Hartzell was VERY helpful and we exchanged several emails. He was able to tell me exactly what applications that particular prop was for and that it was even tested on the -10. Even though it was a suitable model prop, the performance was just a tad bit better with the one chosen by vans. It ended up selling for only $800 less that vans charges for a brand new one so I just got the one from Vans. You can't beat Van's OEM pricing.
