Default Tank Vent Line Fitting

I have installed the fitting in the inboard rib and put Pro-Seal on it. I have also install the tube into the fitting and my question is should I put Pro-Seal around this fitting too?

Thanks

I put proseal around the vent tube and partially around the fitting....but not so much as to prevent putting on a flare nut or on any of the threads? Hope I understood your question right? Pictures are on my website. Good luck,

Thanks Terry. I have not placed any proseal over the flare nut but was wondering if this should be sealed up too. Probably not as it might be hard to get off if ever needed.

I just finished my tanks and put proseal on the nut on the outside and also a little on the nut that butts up against the rib, so there is proseal on both sides but not on the flare.Hopefully that answers the question

Thanks. Looks like leaving the flare nut clean is the way to go.
