maintenance/inspection schedule & checklists

I want to create a document for my own use that will outline regular maintenance for my airplane once it is flying. A schedule of regular inspections, and checklists for what should be done for each regular inspection.
Does anybody have something like this for an RV, that might serve as a good starting point for me?
