If it's hooked up to a Tactair AP, you will have to first send the gyro to the guy in Ohio who handles the AP part to have the AP pickup overhauled and then send the unit to a instrument house that can do the AN gyros for the gyro part.
I had this done on my Debonair and the total was something like $600 total.
Althought the old vacuum AP's work OK, I have since replaced the it with a S-TEC
unit.
