Van's aerobatic notes

I've seen mention that some time back Van gave his guidelines for performing aerobatic manuevers; entry speeds, technique, etc. This was in an Rvator article. I've tried searching my old stack and looking on-line but can't come up with it. Does anyone know where a PDF resides of this or maybe can scan and post them?
