Default screw spacing on baggage tie-down base?

Can anyone help me with a measurement quick?

I will have my rear baggage floor out this weekend, and while it is out, I would love to install some nutplates to allow attaching the cool baggage tie-down rings that Van's sells - the ones that have a removable ring part and a base that screws down.

If someone can just tell me the screw spacing for the base mount, I can put nutplates in now and buy the hold-downs later.

Could just put nutplates in for removable eye-bolts, but thats not as elegant.

Thanks
