Default logging in

I know it's a simple solution, but with no memory. I just had some computer cleaning done and now, I have to log in each time I enter this site. I do click on remember your pass word, but it does not remember it. I seem to recall something about cookies? There are some in the kitcken, I can find them, but not those in this computer.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks Ron

Hi Ron,

Depends which browser you are using. I use Firefox. For Firefox click Edit, Preferences, on the pop up window go to Security and there you will see a section:

Passwords

tick the "Remember Passwords for Sites" box.

For Internet Explorer (IE):

Passwords are saved in one of two places - in <username>.pwl or in a cookie stored on the system. For a web page based password request, you need to find the cookie for the site in question and delete it.

For password prompt from IE, go to tools, internet options, content, autocomplete and turn on the option to remember passwords.

Hope this helps.
