Default Identifying parts - help please!

I am putting together a small order of parts so I have them on the shelf for the day I need them.

A lot of folk have corrected a sagging engine by placing an extra washer against the lower donut. In the plans I saw it identified as VIP50901-73 or J221861. Does anyone know how VANS identify it in their parts list? I cant find it. Perhaps they have a substitute part? It is surely not just an AN970-7?

In the base of the carb there is an unusual shaped copper washer holding the jet from rotating. Part #12 in this picture. Does VANS sell this? Part #?

Thanks for the help.
