I actually think this is amazingly on topic if you watch all the way through - it is amazing what you can do to repair a metal aircraft when you need to - and amazing how "imprecise" it can be and still fly.
Not suggesting that people actually build their RV's this way

....but it does give you an idea what kind of margin you might have!
