I've just installed a 68x78 wooden prop from Thompson Aeronautical on my RV4. Its the best of several (inc Sensenich wood) I've experienced. Just a (quiet) plug from a very satisfied customer.... its a work of art !

PS - He & I are in New Zealand, but even with the current (unfavourable) exchange rate, I think they're very competitive with other vendors.....
