Wrong washer call out on the plans?

I'm attaching the counter weight to the top of the rudder. Plans call for the washers to be AN910-10. This is a typo or im breathing too much primer?

Do they mean AN960-10??

AN960 is the common aircraft washer part number, add a "D" for aluminum. the dash ten (-10) is for #10 screws and other 3/16" dia. fasteners like AN3 bolts. Add an "L" for light or thin washers. AN960-10 is a standard or thick steel washer for 3/16" fasteners. AN910 is a pipe thread coupler.
