Default RV tw/IFR training?

Work kept my flight hours WAY low during 2009. Getting back to the states in april I hoped to get more current. Including getting a new medical (not that many FAA doctors locally..) and doing a FR.
Also, since I cannot usually use my instrument rating over here in europe I would like to get some 'in the system' training to get back on track.

Looks like I will pass the new orleans area and a lot of florida during april. So training in those areas would be the easiest to setup for me.

Any recommendations on who I should contact?
