Default Upgrades to Experimental Panel Builder site
Looks like some changes/upgrades are in store for the epanel builder site.

The new features such as panel weight and panel cost will be very interesting.

Default How about compatibility
I'd just be happy if I could use it with Safari or Firefox. I'm not even suppossed to use explorer on my XP machine at work anymore.

I wish it worked with Macs on ANY browser. And if we're useing the "legacy" version, whats the new version.
