Default Steering Links-Break the chains

Get rid of those nasty chains and get the positive feel of a steering link from JDair.com. JDair.com has 50 units ready to ship. Order today and they will go out tomorrow.

FYI, 125 hours on the prototype now. I'm swapping that for one of the super purdy production units.

I was looking at these last night..

What are the main benefits of going with a steering link over the chains?

I asked this on a related thread a month ago, but never got an answer...

Is there really not enough clearance for the longer part of the steering link to be parallel to the tailwheel spring? It looks odd to me that the longer section isn't parallel to the tailwheel spring.

Maybe I just need to wait until I get my -6 back home and take some measurements...
