Default Cutting Down Size of Fuel Pump Cover

Sometime in the last couple of weeks, somebody posted some pictures of how they cut down the size of the electric fuel pump cover to provide more leg room (they had installed the Andair fuel pump, which does not require the space that Van's fuel pump cover allows).

For the life of me, I can't find the post, no matter what search criteria I use. Can anybody point me to it?
