What a site....I made it to the airport (52F) this morning about 8:00. When I got out of the truck I heard an unmistakable sound.....airplanes in formation. Imagine how awesome it was to look up and see Doug Reeves in the famous ?Flash? lead a formation of four over the field. I assure you there is no better motivation to continue building!
I went up in a Citabria and several times there were other formation flights up. Some two ship, and some four ship.
It was a beautiful day and having the privilege of watching the RV?s do their thing made it one of the best flying days I have had.
We are the lucky ones!
The formations looked great guys!
