E Panel Builder user question

I designed a panel on the free version and logged off. I am trying to get back to it, it tells me the project exists, but the FAQ's are vague on how to, almost sounds like you need to be a paid subscriber. Do you need to be a paid subscriber to go back to a work in progress? I was told there is a tab to edit a prior panel, but that is not showing up on my end. Thanks in advance. Glenn
