what is the most positive and negetive gs have you pulled? what were you doing when you pulled them?

+6 while testing my RV-6. -1 while hanging from monkey bars.
+6 isn't all that easy to achieve in the RV because the speed bleeds fast. I indeed up doing it in about a 120? bank.

During an F-1 race..
..in my Cassutt....7 G's in a turn on a turbulent day....momentary but recorded on the G-meter.

Pitts flying can bring +7 without trying most negative I have seen tho was -4 and it wasnt too much fun.

Curious what you are doing overstressing a Pitts at 7G? Putting more than 5G on a Pitts is counterproductive anyway due to the drag. It's not the kind of plane you accidentally put too many G's on. Now something like a Giles, though...

+9 in an F16, back seat ride with one of the Edwards test pilots I worked with.
-5 outside loop in a Stephens Acro.
In the RV, +6 and -4 but I tried to limit it to +4 and no negative for the sake of the airframe (working rivets), gyros, and oil on the belly.
