Question HELP with selecting rod end bearings??

I am in the process of doing my second conditional inspection on my 9A and removed the flap pushrods to inspect the rod end bearings. After only 186 hours, one of them seems to have some wear. I?d like to replace all of them with a more robust product especially the lower rod end bushings.

I noted this thread but did not find a link to an outlet that sells quality replacements.

Spruce sells rod end bearings too but correlating Spruce?s part numbers to the rod end bearings on the 9A is above my pay grade.

Any assistance is appreciated in selecting replacement bearings. The two lower units should have a capture bolt on the end (the hole thru the fuse will have to be enlarged) so that even if the bearing fails, the head of the bolt will keep it in place until I land the airplane.

Thanks for your help.

Default Get a reference book from Genuine Aircraft Hardware

If you don't have one - you need to get one. Ask Tom to send you one. I use it to cross reference Van's part numbers. Last week I was using it to try to find the next size up from the part Van's (M3614) supplied for the pushrod aileron tube bearings because one of my pushrods (larger size) seem to be short at the control sticks.
