Default Garmin Rebate G430W?

It appears that Garmin has a $500 rebate foe the purchase of a new 430W. Does it apply to experimentals where we are allowed to install the unit? Anybody taken them up on this?
Thanks

Default Garmin Rebate

All the rebate requires is a copy of your invoice/receipt. You can download the rebate form from the Garmin website.

Go to
http://garmin.blogs.com/promotions/ and click on the Soar Into Savings link.

Most of my customers have been taking advantage of those rebates. Not just the 430 either, remember there is a rebate on the 696's and other products too like the 530 and GDL's. And...unlike the Auto Dealers, we don't keep the rebate, it gets sent directly to the customer - applies to certified and experimentals alike!

Cheers,
Stein

Stein, The $500 Soar into Savings rebate says "may not be combined with any other offer directly from Garmin".

Not sure what that means. For example could I get the $2000 GX-60 trade in offer, together with the $500 rebate, or not?

I am kicking around the idea of a panel upgrade and might be able to swing at least part of it now and part in the spring. A $500 rebate is real tempting, but what is the going rate for a 420W? I didn't see a price at Stein's website, so maybe he could weigh in on this...
