Default Two alternators one EMS

I can't find the answer in search. I have a main and standby alternator system (Z-12). Z-12 shows two shunts to I assume two amp gauge. How did others using the Dynon EMS wire this up, did you use a separate round gauge for he standby alternator? I can't figure out if the Dynon will take two ammeter inputs. Thanks for he help. I have the Dynon 180 EFIS/EMS combo.
