Default Tank blister repair strategy??

While the question of cause remains incompletely agreed upon I am focusing on what to do now....I for one do not buy the company story about inadequate cleaning for one minute.

Has anyone with dry blisters found an effective externally applied cure? I have heard talk of epoxy, loctite, and a few others but are there any CONFIRMED and REPAINTED CURES???? Please share--especially the successes..... It is time for light at the end of this tunnel.......

Has anyone talked the boys in Oregon out of a new set of tanks???

Probably the best treatment that I know of......
